  • Root Solutions securely stores your data on an access-controlled software system.

  • We retain data for 7 years after a patient has died or no longer requests the services of Root Solutions, which is required by law.

  • The right to access - you have the right to ask Root Solutions for copies of your personal information. We may charge a small fee for this service.

  • The right to erasure - you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data, under certain circumstances.

  • The right to restrict processing - you have the right to request that Root Solutions restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

  • The right to object to processing - you have the right to object to Root Solutions’ processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • Your right to data portability - you have the right to request that Root Solutions transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to under certain conditions.
